对于亏损原因，公司将其归结为四点：一是广芯微2025年1月并表后，处于产能爬坡期，固定成本高企导致亏损；二是泰博迅睿受市场环境影响压缩规模，叠加减值计提亏损扩大；三是联营企业晶睿电子、芯微泰克均因价格或产能问题亏损，权益法核算拖累利润；四是非经常性损益约8000万元，主要为合并广芯微的投资收益与业绩补偿款，并非主营业务盈利。
